Final EIR/EIS and Associated Documents
|
The Lower Colorado River Multi-Species Conservation Program (MSCP) is a long-term, comprehensive multi-agency effort to conserve and recover endangered species, and protect and maintain wildlife habitat on the lower Colorado River. This Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report (published December 2004) evaluates the impacts of implementing a Conservation Plan along the Colorado River from Lake Mead to the Southerly International Boundary with Mexico. It identifies the range of potential impacts associated with the implementation of the Plan, including significant and beneficial environmental effects.
